Comma needed (see also Sentence Fragment), full stop needed (see also Run-on Sentence) or other punctuation problems.

Comma needed

In example 1, a comma is needed because there is no main verb in the sentence “Endowed with superb, deep and sheltered water […]”. All the verbs are in non-finite forms except “offers” which is in the dependent clause.

In example 2, a comma is needed because the sentence “although the area of land […]” is a dependent clause which cannot stand alone.

Other punctuation problems

In example 6, “it’s” means “it is”. “Its” is a possessive pronoun meaning “Hong Kong’s”.
In example 7, the noun phrase “two month” cannot be used to modify another noun (e.g. “event”). To correct the sentence, a hyphen can be added between the words “two” and “month” to turn the them into  a compound adjective (e.g. “two-month”).
